Flirty Pineapple review for Upsell.com ReConvert Bundles

Upon initially downloading the app, we did see a good amount of upsells. However, lately there seems to have been updates with either Shopify, or ReConvert that is making the app not worth the price. The app also no longer applies a shipping cost for one click upsells. So we've had issues with customers not being charged enough shipping for the products they add during the check out upsell process. What we've had to absorb in additional shipping fees, doesn't make the app worth it. (We've also reached out to support and there wasn't much help/explanation offered).

We completely understand how frustrating it is to lose margin due to shipping miscalculations, and we should’ve done more to help when you reached out. The truth is, some of this may be down to Shopify's own platform, but I'm happy to look into this for you. We’d love the chance to review this properly with you, especially as Shopify has made ongoing changes to the post-purchase checkout that may affect how shipping behaves with upsells.
