We’ve been using ReConvert to manage our post-purchase flows, and Alex from their support team was fantastic. He took the time to understand our setup, walked me through the options, and helped troubleshoot some recent changes with Shopify’s thank-you page system. The product itself is powerful and flexible — once set up, it makes it easy to add post-purchase buttons, messages, and flows that improve the customer experience. We especially appreciate the ability to customise messaging so customers know exactly what to do next. Big thanks to Alex for his clear explanations and patience — it made the process much smoother.
