They just randomly charged me $1299.99 for absolutely no reason. This is an emergency as it now stops me from purchasing shipping labels. UPDATE: It wasn't "random" but was a mistake - basically I imported a bunch of orders into the app which generated a large "usage" charge as their system couldn't differentiate a live order from an old order. UPDATE: The team was quick to refund the charge. I was messed up for several hours because a "failed bill" in Shopify blocked our ability to purchase shipping labels. The good news is twofold: they fixed the problem (reversed the charge) and they also implemented a fix to the original problem (a "sanity check" that's triggered if a large number of orders are suddenly generated out of the blue. I've updated my star rating to 4 stars because they've fixed that problem for future customers. Still not going to lie - being down for several hours messed us up quite a bit and stressed me out needlessly, but I do give mad respect to people who fix their mistakes!
