I was really clueless about the entire process. I went into the app to try and figure some things out. The chat helper box popped up, to ask if I needed some assistance. I said yes. The chat helper went into my store, told me everything that was wrong, and went in and fixed it all! If I had to do it on my own, I'm not sure I could have. He was very patient and told me exactly what he was doing and why. I would recommend this app to anyone who would like to improve their online business! Alex taught me how to navigate the app better.
