Suddenly it stopped working, and contacting customer service yielded no response. No emails have been sent for over a month. Not recommended for use!

Today is November 29th, and the most recent email was sent on October 19th. This plugin hasn’t sent any emails for over a month. Don’t use it!

I've had Abandoned Cart recovery emails for years. It works well but lately I've had bot attacks with 100 fake email addresses signing up for my mailing list every hour and leaving 1 item in their shopping cart triggering hundreds of abandoned cart emails to me every day. I can delete the email addresses with my email provider and make sure my Shopify sign up pop up has Captcha but I can't update my Abandoned Cart email templates with new picture, address and free shipping amount. I'm hoping by updating them I might secure them from bot attacks? The problem - their templates won't update after a test and save - and they don't offer a SAVE button. The bigger problem - There is no customer service by this company. No email, chat or phone. If I had any customer service response at all, I might be interested in paying for other services, like FB messaging if I understood it better but they will never know, and now I might never be able to update my abandoned cart emails. Too bad. They were a great company when I first signed up.

All of a sudden app stopped sending customers emails. It’s been 5 days and no emails sent. I am waiting for a response from support to fix this issue. UPDATE: Started working again after I uninstalled the app. Now several months later the same issue has happened again. However this time it's not working. I get charged every time I install the app so they are basically stealing money from me and I can't get ahold of anyone. Emails keeping bouncing.
