The Recurly team is great to work with! They know how to balance both tactical and strategic conversations. We've had a few bumps in the past couple months, but they do come back with root issues and future preventions. I think the improvements in their pipeline will really help us to level up too.

The Recurly Commerce team is dedicated to helping your shop succeed. As a new Shopify user, the Recurlly Commerce team helped us set up the flow that made sense for the HeatSense shop. The feature set is robust and the set up was easy. We will be using them for both our D2C and B2B offerings. I highly recommend the team and product.

If you have a large subscription base to migrate, I would be cautious to use this app. I still have unresolved issues of their platform not triggering properly even after 6 weeks later, which they are still working to resolve. Also they were just acquired, which was unfortunate timing. Scared for the future and will be migrating away at the end of the year.

We had some unique requirements for our subscription model, and most other subscription tools tried desperately to convince us to fit their design. We knew what was important to our brand and to our customers, so we kept searching until we found the right one. Prive listened to our needs, made sure they could partner with us successfully before saying yes, and then worked closely with us to build something that fit us perfectly. We had the entire team behind us during integration and implementation, and if we have any questions or feature requests we know we have them at the ready. While our platform has only been live for a couple months, we've already seen incredible success and are thrilled we chose Prive.

An amazing app and team! The backend of the app is easy to use, simple, and very customer-forward. The Prive team is also incredible! They helped us launch in the middle of a site redesign, and we couldn't be happier with our choice to transition from the larger subscription platform. We transitioned to Prive from Recharge. This app is MUCH better integrated. The team helped us through the transition and we've had no issues since we switched. We have yet to check out the affiliate marketing function, but are excited to transition that as well.

It is a very complete subscription system! It would be great to have a department with a more European timetable for meeting times. Otherwise great!

After the success we had with Prive on our DTC channel we implemented a new option for our wholesale customers to subscribe with certain incentives to reduce the amount of work for our team. The team is always there ready to help, if there is an issue or a bug it's fixed in less then a day, and they are an overall great partner.

I would 100% recommend Prive to any brand offering subscriptions. We were on Recharge for 3+ years and finally decided that it was time to move away from that archaic platform. Prive has been a breath of fresh air in the subscription space. Their support is phenomenal (should out to Kai, Edgar and Claudia), their features are exactly what we need, and the analytics actually load (*cough cough* Recharge). Half of our business is processed through subscriptions, so migrating platforms can definitely be an intimidating task, but the Prive team has made the transition incredibly smooth. Prive > Recharge

After sitting down and working with your team - I SUPER appreciate their help on a Sunday! The app still doesn't bundle the way I was told it does when I got it. I opted to go with another app that has more flexibility, more docs, and is at a lower price point. I understand you all usually work with enterprise clients, at that scale an onboarding call is likely appropriate. For SMB, an app should be able to onboard without having to schedule a call. That would be more of my time spent to find out this app doesn't do what I am looking for, in that time I can get another app set up and running.
