This made our decision to transition from Loop to Recurpay much easier and more confident. Highly impressed with the overall experience.

PRETTY GOOD AT MANAGING MY SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR MY ONLINE MEMBERSHIP GROUP. I USE THIS FOR FACEBOOK INSTEAD OF A PLATFORM LIKE PATREON (WHICH I HAVE USED IN THE PAST). PRETTY SIMPLE TO SET UP AND KEEP TRACK OF NEW OR CANCELED SUBS.

Great customer service.

I was in a bind trying to figure out how to navigate all the buttons, widgets and links that Shopify has to offer...then it dawned on me that I could request help from the support team. Admittedly, I only expected to get AI obt support or some sort of email that advises me that someone will respond in 24-48 hours. Nope. The rep "Sinchain" was live and in chat ready to serve and I know it saved me several frustrating hours (and even some money)! 5 out of 5 Star Service.

Very few issues on install. Customers started to use the subscription feature right away! (Staff is helpful with one issue we currently have)
