"It is really the service that makes a business shine." - I got that quote from somewhere, and indeed Recurpay lives up to that ideal. I am new to Shopify and installed this app to test my workflow and viola - it worked pretty well. Down the line, I had a few questions and needed help resolving a snag. I tried their chat and to my surprise 'Sinchain' jumped on the issue and fixed it in real time. Then, their friendly "Is there anything else I can do for you?" just sold me completely. It is great to know there are friendly people backing up a good resource. Keep it going guys, shine even more.

Initial set up was quick and easy and the chat helped quickly if I had questions. My onboarding meeting was very beneficial and informative. Should be a great add to my business!

Their Customer Success is very responsive and kind. They actually take into consideration your feedback and build features that make the product better. There are still some things about Recurpay that need to change in order for them to be the only solution for our business, but I believe that they will become that solution. I recommend.

Ottima App, ha tutto quello che serve. Funziona bene, si gestiscono con facilità gli abbonamenti, upsell in carrello, OTTIMA assistenza. E poi costa molto poco rispetto ad altre!

We would definitely recommend Recurpay Subscription, the team was extremely helpful when we needed to migrate our subscription from another platform. Sinchain has been great, keeping me updated every step of the process. We are very happy with the service provided. You should download this app!!

This subscription app is first of all really good, well built by default but I required some special additions to be made - recurpay went all out, and by all out I mean it! They redesigned basically the entire system, removing certain things I asked for, adjusting the app perfectly to my liking (even editing there code) just so I was satisfied. If you need a subscription app, it's a no brainer. The support is unparalleled - I've never seen such dedication EVER with anything I have purchased/dealt with. 10/10

This app is an excellent starting point for implementing a subscription model on your e-commerce platform. The support team is outstanding! I had of course a couple of issues I think they are still growing so, normal but always very reactive and understanding, ready to help.
