Had issues with the widget not showing up. Sinchain's customer support was superb and went above and beyond with assistance. App is easy to set up and use. I'm really happy to be able to add this functionality, especially in a free app. Future suggestion: Add the ability to add a quantity requirement to the subscription plan.

Awesome customer support team. Sinchain guided me through the setup process by answering all the questions I had. He was very hands on with problem solving & helped me get everything set up to a high standard! I’d recommend the app to everyone who requires recurring payments on their site :)

Fantastic app. I'm quite early with my store and using Recurpay for recurring payments which seems to work well and the customer support is second to none. No hesitation in recommending so far!

I cannot say enough about Recurpay and their customer service. I recieved help today from Sinchain. He was knowledable, fun and able to help me add a new discount code and subscription to my store. I am a new online Coffee Business and really want to make that special, memorable, quality impression to guests and customers. Recurpay with its pay as you grow plan was the perfect fit. Sinchain helped a ton with getting us moving right after installing ecomposer on our Gecko theme. Took minutes to get solved and it helped a ton. Been happy with Recurpay and I know it will have an even greater impact on what we are doing here as we keep going. Thank you once again.

One of the reasons I chose this app is because it was free and it had great reviews. When I installed the app, it didn't work automatically as it should. I was heart broken. So I requested help. And help came. Quick, FAST and in a Hurry! I got my problem solved and in less than 20 minutes. The APP works now !!

10/10 they have great and speedy customer service and the learning curve is low. It's also easy to customize your subscriptions. Highly recommend this app!

The app itself has a nice interface, handles subscriptions effortlessly, and plays well with Shopify. The customer service is absolutely AMAZING! Definitely give this app a try!

Decided to try this app out as our current subscription app was charging an arm and a length for a very basic service. Recurpay was so easy to install and the onboarding assistance was incredible. They were able to migrate all information from my old subscription app and made sure we were setup for success on day one! Cannot recommend them enough!

I only just started using this app for one of my clients and was extremely happy with the customer service I received. The chat was responsive and knowledgable and helped me set up what I wanted to do with the bot, and also helped install a custom snippet on a non-product page. A+

First I thought all these Reviews are fake or exaggerated but I've definitly changed my mind. This is BY FAR THE BEST APP I've ever tried, not just in Shopify. The tutorial is not annoying like other but helpful, warm, welcoming and short. The support by Sinchain is 10/10 it really couldn't be better. Most of the time they answer WITHIN SECONDS and if you have to "wait", it's more like a minute or two. They are not annoyed if you ask anything but they are very open to questions and very helpful even if you continue asking questions. Thanks to the great team behind this whole app and keep up the good work! I can 100% recommend this app to anyone.
