Excellent app! It's made quite a few things possible within our store subscriptions setup, and the flexibility of the plan setup is outstanding. It works perfectly our other custom functionality and it's super easy to use - gentle little learning curve. The support team are incredible. Very responsive, personable and completely understood (and overstood!) and make sense of what I was querying, taking a lot of the stress and figuring out off my plate. Highly recommend, and will be telling all of my Shopify friends about it!

We have been using Recurpay for about a year and we have had a great experience with both the functionality of the app AND the service we receive. All questions are answered promptly and their support is fantasic. Thank you for a great app!

Sinchain was my support agent I was working with on some questions I had about an order that is set-up through my Recurpay app. Sinchain was awesome to work with. He was able to get to the bottom of my issue quickly and was so friendly too. I really appreciated how he followed up to make sure my question was answered and to see if there was anything else he can help with. Thanks for being a superstar Sinchain!

Aunque no resulta del todo fácil de configurar al principio, una vez investigas un poco y entiendes sus funcionalidades, hace que puedas trabajar el sistema de suscripción de manera facilísima en tu eCommerce. Gracias Sinchain!! ;)

My experience with recurpay has been amazing, super helpful customer service and the set up call taught me everything I needed to know to start my subscriptions as soon as possible, I highly recommend!!!

Currently in the set up stage (will leave another review later), and have been impressed with how simple the set up has been. In addition, the chat communication for questions was great - quick, clear and helpful.

Excelent, helpful, competent support (thank you, Sinchain!). App is updated and developed. Even when one has to wait for some functionalties to appear, one can trust, they will come – if they're needed. Did I mention great customer support?
