This app is great. One issue with a payment, which is most likely customer related, and their team helped walk us through to get it resolved. Great customer service.

So far so good. This is the only app I could find that would let you have auto-cancelation, fixed schedules and multiple recurring options. They also have fast and prompt support. A typo was fixed in less than 24hrs after I reported it.

I had a change I was trying to make to app this morning. Used the CHAT feature on the page and typed in my question/change i wanted made. The tech support person came on-line about 5-7 minutes later and made the change immediately. Problem fixed in under 10 minutes total time. I wish all my Shopify Apps had the same level of service and assistance.

This app is extremely laggy and we have had a variety of issues with orders actually being placed automatically. Screen load times take upwards of a minute.

I highly recommend this app—it's been consistently reliable, and the website’s visual design is both appealing and user-friendly.
