Highly recommend the app based on the instant support which is very helpful. Can't say anything abouth the power of this app as it's not in use, yet - but I'm confident it works out well.

Sweta was amazing, easy to work with, and answered all my questions efficiently and effectively. The plugin also works great with the subscription plan we are developing.

We have a slight twist on how we want to use this app and Sinchain has been extremely helpful in advising on how to get things configured so we can achieve our requirements. Great help and great app.

Super fast service from the support. They proactively help with customizations. the portal for customers also works very well and is very comprehensive. Can recommend it

Excellent service from Sinchain, went above and beyond to fix an issue we had and resolved it in a very timely manner. The App has workarounds and flexibility which I didn't at first realise, so it's turned out to be perfect for our needs and very reasonably priced versus the other subscription apps out there. Thanks again to Sinchain I hope they are recognised by their management team

I’m not sure where to begin. Our company started out 5 yrs ago with Bold and we were happy. All of a sudden they wanted to upgrade there app and nothing worked the same. So I researched apps that was compatible to Shopify. Recurpay stood out from all the rest. I emailed them about my issue with my previous app. They set up a live video chat right away. We discussed what I wanted out of a subscription app and they assured me they would be a great fit. In less then a week our company was up and running smoothly again. Sweta and her team was so patient and knowledgeable about what they do and walked me thru everything. Please contact them you won’t regret it. I’m looking forward to a profitable subscription service to make my customers happy to do business with us.

"It is really the service that makes a business shine." - I got that quote from somewhere, and indeed Recurpay lives up to that ideal. I am new to Shopify and installed this app to test my workflow and viola - it worked pretty well. Down the line, I had a few questions and needed help resolving a snag. I tried their chat and to my surprise 'Sinchain' jumped on the issue and fixed it in real time. Then, their friendly "Is there anything else I can do for you?" just sold me completely. It is great to know there are friendly people backing up a good resource. Keep it going guys, shine even more.
