10/10 app and 10/10 customer service. Sinchain helps me through every theme update and modification I need. Setting up subscriptions on my store could not have been easier - I am honestly incredibly impressed with this app.

My experience with my representative on google meetup was amazing. She was thorough and very detailed in explaining how to set up my plans correctly. She really took a ton of bricks off my chest by helping me out with my newly upgraded plan. I AM SO GRATEFUL.

Sinchain was amazing!!! He helped me with a small feature addition to the app, and in addition helped me with a general issue on my website that had absolutely nothing to do with his app.

It's really the best application I've ever tried in all Shopify applications, I don't know why I didn't try it before, I felt like I lost a lot and I didn't use this wonderful application, which literally solves all subscription problems, and provides features that other applications do not provide, and to be honest, we don't want We have to pay exorbitant sums for that, and this application has very reasonable prices. As for customer service, it is something beyond the imagination of wonderful capabilities, rapid response, and unlimited support, especially Sinchain, with whom I spoke now on live chat, and he stayed with me for a long time, and he made all the settings and plans for me himself and with ease And speed and very elegant dealings, thank you my friend and I am happy to join your wonderful application, I strongly recommend it to all shop owners who are looking for subscription services.

We have over 300 accounts that needed to be transferred over from our previous subscription app. Once that was done, everything has gone smoothly minus a couple expected hiccups with orders/accounts. But they were quick, easy fixes. We like that they solely focus on subscriptions and are able to give the attention needed. We are looking forward to working with RecurPay, and continuing to help each other grow!

This app is incredible but what really set it apart is its customer service. I've been using their chat box A LOT this past few weeks with so many questions, Sinchain is so helpful, having an answer for my most tricky questions + they have a great GIF game, thank you!

Active and Knowledgeable support. Helps me a lot with queries and provides a definite answer. The Application carries most of the functions needed for subscription plans. It is very simple and easy to use. The Layout is clean and good on the eye. Thank you Recurpay!

Updated Review: Thanks for updating the pricing plan description to "Free Plan Available." Updated to 3 Stars now that pricing is more transparent. Prior Review: NOT FREE. It *should* read "free plan available." Not price competitive with other comparable apps once it's not free. Also, it doesn't update with theme updates. And didn't notify me when it fell off. Despite the frustration, I gave the second star because support is super helpful.

Response was prompt and someone was with me within a minute. Sinchain answered all my questions and fixed up all the minor issues like interface colours to match my website. The app is seamless. It will automatically create the following order and charge the customer shipping on each order. It is also immediately viewable on Shopify orders. The app works like a treat. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend it!
