We're in the beginning of setting up with Recurpay and so far they have been very helpful with all our requests, and look forward to keep working with them in the future! They listen to the requirements of their customers and continuously improve the product.

Amazing! I had spent hours upon hours banking my head against the wall trying various apps to meet my need of having a bundle capability and a subscription capability. All fell short on so many levels. I figured I was just going to have to get separate apps since the combo ones were not working. I came across Recurpay, and I loved the simplicity of the set up. After trying over 6 different apps, this one was a breath of fresh air. I had an initial issue of Recurpay not recognizing the bundle products that were created with my new bundle app I decided to go with. At that point I thought I hit another brick wall. I contacted their live chat customer service and I was helped within minutes. I discussed the issue of the bundle not showing, and my customer service rep was able to get the matter resolved immediately. It was like magic. If I could give this company 100 stars I would. From live chat to immediate assistance to fast resolve, yeah, this company is world class!!!

I recently started using their subscription plan app for my Shopify store and had a couple of questions about the setup. So far, a seamless integration. Online support/help/answers is instant for us (UK based), and we have loaded the app, and were ready to sell subscriptions in a matter of minutes. Now our customers can set up weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual subscriptions on check-out. RecurPay does the rest - all via our shop.

Team was helpful. Requested to add an additional code to set restrictions and they did. They done it very fast too. Updated: Team was really responsive, helpful and initiative. Help set up my glitchy Shopify theme subscription plan and replace with theirs. Assisted us with 2 options to choose from and patiently helped set the required settings for us

Hey Guys, This is a really helpful subscription app available in Shopify. Most of the useful features available in the free plan. Their onboarding and support team are really amazing to work with. Received a through guide to set up our account. Highly suggested for all brands. Nothing to hesitate about.
