Recurpay Subscriptions App

I was using Bold Subscription and now I'm using Recurpay and it is so much easy. They help you set it up and if you have any questions they answer you right away.

So far, so GREAT!! I was housing my subscriptions in an outside service but bringing it together with my website will be amazing!! I am very impressed so far! And the customer support was top notch!!

I've been searching for the ultimate subscription app that offer a wide range of customized functionality since my business model and store is pretty complicated. Recurpay is the only one in market that does what i need, i have uninstalled/removed the rest of subscription apps and now Recurpay does the job. However, this review is mainly about their customer support under Sinchain who actually answered all my questions and customized what i needed in widget/plans/notification .. etc shout out to Sinchain and I hope Recurpay management read this review and promote Sinchain :) You are in good hand with Recurpay and Sinchain.

Customer service has been amazing! There are some quirks around pre-paying for subscriptions that I wish were easier to manage. I will have to go in and turn off subscriptions after a one-month pre-order period. You'd think there would be a way to automate that. Otherwise, just for the customer service to help me fit the app to my needs makes this app worth the fees.

Easy to use, clean layout. Even if you can't figure out somethings, the tech support will be there to help you resolve your issue right away.

We switched from Recharge to Recurpay a couple weeks ago. So far everything is working as expected. We had some hiccups in the transfer due to issues on the Recharge side, but Recurpay did a great job of handling everything. The chat support is fantastic. They reply promptly and the agents either know the answers or can get them very quickly. I'm giving 4 stars because I would like the ability to sort subscriptions by next order date, as this helps us with planning. It's also is a challenge that we can't update payment information or create new orders and enter payment manually within Recurpay as we could in Recharge. I understand this is because of how payments are processed, but it does create a roadblock for us when helping our customers. All in all, it's much better and cleaner than Recharge as it doesn't create duplicate listings and, so far, it always functions as intended without a bunch of random glitches.

Does what it says and the support team is super friendly. The app integrated in to my custom website design like it was meant to be there. LOVE IT Thanks
