I had great assistance from the get go and was able to set it up so quickly. I loved that I could customize the colours to my brand colours. Everything looks so nice and easy for customers to understand. Love it!

The best subscription app, not only because of the amazing features and integration with Shopify - but the amazing live support they offer for users I want to give an honorable shoutout to Sinchain! Sinchain helped me integrate Recurpay with my custom shopify theme. This seemed like a task that I feel like would require me to reach out to developers to do, but Sinchain was able to perfectly implement Recurpay onto my brands theme. One of the best live customer support experiences I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be recommending Recurpay for not only the features but the fantastic support to all my fellow ecom brand owners!

We're using this app to add a subscription service to improve our customers journey and just make everything easier for our customers. We've literally just implemented it and, whilst it hasn't been used in a live environment yet, it was so easy to install - plus the service is awesome! Chat is responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and funny too! An overall excellent experience so far!

[UPDATED REVIEW] Changed my review to 3 stars because they were not transparent about the pricing until I needed to upgrade. They are now both charging a monthly fee AND taking a percentage from my sales after $300 which is outrageous. I'm so sick and tired of everyone taking fees from small business owners without any thought as to how this adds up in the long run. Either charge a monthly fee that covers your costs OR take a percentage. Quit being greedy and trying to take a chunk of money that you did not earn. [INITIAL REVIEW] Excellent customer service, great pricing setup, I'm just about to launch my first subscription and it was super easy to setup with the Live Chat agent being awfully helpful (and funny too)! Would recommend.

Great App ! Its Quick and Easy , Good Work Team Recur Pay. The On Boarding was very Easy, Helps Capture recurring Order Automatically, Got 5 Save and Subscribe Order on the first day.

Never experieced such good customer service. Has been extremely helpful and patient helping me customize my productpage. Has spend hours with me while being energized and funny through the whole experience. Have tried ALL of the subscription based services on shopify and this is my go to choice

After a days of stress, trying to find the right subscription app, Recurpay has been the only one with easy installation, amazing customer service by Sinchain, which is a real person; very professional, knowgeable and dedicated to my needs. RecurPay is the best solution for subscription based startups because it is not only easy to setup but also has an amazing UI and checkout experience, the app makes it really easy for customers to become subscribers and on top of that the support team is super friendly and always there to help you, they patiently understand your requirements and offer solution accordingly. I can say that Recurpay has the best support team on shopify app store hand's down!!
