Recurpay Subscriptions App

This app is incredible but what really set it apart is its customer service. I've been using their chat box A LOT this past few weeks with so many questions, Sinchain is so helpful, having an answer for my most tricky questions + they have a great GIF game, thank you!

when I needed help, they were happy to help, and even offered to fix something on my site I couldn't figure out. I didn't even ask! :) They were great, and super helpful. I definitely recommend, for sure.

Active and Knowledgeable support. Helps me a lot with queries and provides a definite answer. The Application carries most of the functions needed for subscription plans. It is very simple and easy to use. The Layout is clean and good on the eye. Thank you Recurpay!

Updated Review: Thanks for updating the pricing plan description to "Free Plan Available." Updated to 3 Stars now that pricing is more transparent. Prior Review: NOT FREE. It *should* read "free plan available." Not price competitive with other comparable apps once it's not free. Also, it doesn't update with theme updates. And didn't notify me when it fell off. Despite the frustration, I gave the second star because support is super helpful.

Literally the best customer service I've ever had in life by Sinchain!!! They stuck with me for more than hour and answered every single question. I highly recommend Sinchain; they deserve a raise! Excellent service. I now will only use this app just based of how well I was treated.

Response was prompt and someone was with me within a minute. Sinchain answered all my questions and fixed up all the minor issues like interface colours to match my website. The app is seamless. It will automatically create the following order and charge the customer shipping on each order. It is also immediately viewable on Shopify orders. The app works like a treat. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend it!

Sinchain has been very responsive and helpful setting up discounts and free shipping for our customers. It is only the beginning for our business with Recurpay but so far we have been delighted in the efficiency.

UPDATE: The issue is getting worked on. I finally got some response and they have refunded the money I was out. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The only reason I'm even still using it is because I haven't found anything better. It's fine until something malfunctions, then the customer support is TERRIBLE! The only option is a live chat which is not always the best for communication. I had a problem with it, all the sudden, not charging shipping to one of my customers. I reached out and the guy said he would get back with me in 24 hours. OVER A WEEK went by then I had to reach back out because TWO MORE people didn't get charged properly as well. The only correspondence I can get is that "they're working on it". It's been two weeks! I also hope they are prepared to reimburse me the shipping charges that I've had to pay out of pocket. Over all it does process subscriptions, but the technical support is SEVERLY lacking. Don't tell me that in 2023, the only way you can communicate with people is via chat. GET A PHONE!

This app is simply great. It works perfectly and is super simple to get up and running. For anything that needs a little tweaking, or just for any questions, Sinchain will be always there to solve all your problems. The response is immediate and unbeatable. Thank you very much as always!

I would give more stars! Very easy to use app bit as a first timer on Shopify the customer service was something ive never experienced! they logged into my store and customised what I needed and got me started. So quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Recurpay is AWESOME! In setting up a non-traditional shop I had a number of questions and even needed to do some custom configuration - their customer support was prompt, friendly and fixed it EVERY TIME! We love the product, the price is right, and they are cool folks - why wouldn't you use this???

I was using Bold Subscription and now I'm using Recurpay and it is so much easy. They help you set it up and if you have any questions they answer you right away.
