App works great, easy to use and awesome quick costumer service. Needed some help with modifications for our custom theme and got help within few minutes! 5/7 would recommend.

We switched from Recharge to Recurpay a couple weeks ago. So far everything is working as expected. We had some hiccups in the transfer due to issues on the Recharge side, but Recurpay did a great job of handling everything. The chat support is fantastic. They reply promptly and the agents either know the answers or can get them very quickly. I'm giving 4 stars because I would like the ability to sort subscriptions by next order date, as this helps us with planning. It's also is a challenge that we can't update payment information or create new orders and enter payment manually within Recurpay as we could in Recharge. I understand this is because of how payments are processed, but it does create a roadblock for us when helping our customers. All in all, it's much better and cleaner than Recharge as it doesn't create duplicate listings and, so far, it always functions as intended without a bunch of random glitches.

The best service. thank you Recurpay team! Chief Panthomath helped me with the setting up and adding some plans to my subscription, and helped me with feature he detected was wrong from my view in the website, without me asking for it. It was very helpful his service

I was having some problems with the re-occuring payement set up on a new product. Sinchain helped me and went above and beyond with helping and getting everythign set up for me. including some hilarious gifs. Thanks sinchain you are the best. Bex

Had issues with the widget not showing up. Sinchain's customer support was superb and went above and beyond with assistance. App is easy to set up and use. I'm really happy to be able to add this functionality, especially in a free app. Future suggestion: Add the ability to add a quantity requirement to the subscription plan.
