Fantastic support by the team. The one thing you need when you embark on journey to be your own boss, is great people who work with you to solve your problems. Can recommend this app for Shopify shops with Subscription options!

Support was very responsive. I could reach at any time, even on the weekend. Although it did take a few days to resolve my issues, there was follow up and at the end of the day it was resolved.

Great app, but perhaps even better is their support! Val stayed with us on the support chat until he'd come up with a solution to help us get around the problem we had. Would highly recommend for a simple, cost-effective subscription app with great support!

The app looks good, however did it not suit our business needs. The customer service rep, Anastasiia, however was very lovely, helpful and understanding. She really did her best to help us and get our questions answered.
