Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Einbindung des Widgets, da nach Änderung des Themes auf Shopify unsererseits die Abo Funktion verloren ging. Innerhalb von 2 min hat der Support alles wieder eingerichtet. Super schnell und freundlich!!

Super schneller und hilfsbereiter Support! Ab und zu sind leider kleine Bugs drin, sobald etwas angepasst wurde, aber es wird sehr schnell geholfen.

This is a great app! Very easy to install and set up. Plus they have great customer service! Had an issue integrating the app with our new theme and they fixed it within hours!! Highly recommend. Update March 2023: Also, they offer excellent and timely help when problems arise!

I absolutely love this app. Integrate seamlessly with your Shopify online store, easier to set up then recharge subscriptions, and the customer service, in my experience, has been better. The RecurrinGO team has done a great job! Only if integrated with Klaviyo!

C'est une bonne application pour un membership... mais le plus beau, c'est qu'ils ont un service hors pair!!!! 24/24! J'ai eu un problème avec mon membership parce que j'ai changé de thème, et ils ont réglé ça un dimanche soir, dans le temps de le dire... Juste wow si vous avez besoin d'une application comme celle là...

It has done what it said it will do. Great app. It's just not what I'm looking for as my needs are very specific (subscription option visible only to a few login customers and not all). However, I'll recommend this app to regular retail and online stores.

I had issues with the way this app was working. Contacted tech support and they helped me fix them. They were timely in their responses and I am satisfied with their support. This is a very simple subscription app. Easy to set up. If you don't want a lot of bells and whistles, this is the way to go

I have been using this app for several years now. I am a complete novice when it comes to anything technical so I was amazed at how easy it was to set up. Recently, when I needed to update my subscription terms I approached the support team for help. Everyone on the team has amazing communication skills. They walked me through every step, patiently and professionally. I have hundreds of subscribers thanks to this app. My customers are happy and so am I. I recommend this to anyone who wants to grow a list.

Setting up a recurring subscription was very easy. I would certainly recommend this app for anyone with little to no computer skills. Support staff are very helpful if you have any questions. It's great that it's free too!

Great customer service! I was able to seamlessly migrate to the new version with the help of Elena. The new version will make it easier for customers to edit, pause, or change their subscriptions. So glad this happened!
