Harmonize Beauty review for Redo

Prior to re-do we had no real system in place for returns. The time spent going back and forth with customers and trying to remember where each of them were at in the return process was stressful and confusing. When we learned about re-do we knew immediately we needed their system in place. It's been such a game changer for time on our side and it's provided a seamless process for the customer. Truly don't know what we would do without it!
