We’ve had a great experience using Redo for both returns and package protection claims at KTM Twins. The platform has helped streamline our return process for customers while reducing the amount of manual back-and-forth our support team has to handle. Setup and integration with Shopify were smooth, and the customer-facing experience is simple and easy to understand. A special shoutout to Alec from the Redo support team - he has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s refreshing to work with a partner that genuinely listens to feedback and works with us to improve the experience. have been using redo for almost 3 years and for the most part it's been great. there are occasional updates/bugs that are frustrating but once I'm able to connect to the actual CX rep (not the AI) they are usually quick to help

REDO has made my job so much easier managing orders and returns. Very rarely is there an issue with the system, but when there is, their online support team is quick to help look into it and resolve any problems. Great customer service and the application itself is very easy and straightforward to use.

Incredible app. We've been in business for a few years, manually emailing return instructions to customers around the world. I've won so much time back by using Redo. It was so easy to get set up, their team does it all for you. Now, it's literally 1 click for the team to process returns and exchanges when they come through and their system does all the rest. I even waited to write this review so that I wasn't writing it based on initial smoke and mirrors. Genuinely impressed by the whole experience.
