Our store transferred from Loops to Redo and we have been very happy with the customer support and the returns portal functionality itself. The redo team takes on the engineering work for reformatting the checkout button to our liking. We are super grateful for everything the redo team has done for us. They helped a lot with troubleshooting complicated market pricing issues when shopify made their recent markets updates and were able to rectify our issues rather quickly. Customers also mention the return and exchange process is superior to Loops, and the recurring cost was removed due to redo's pricing structure. Thanks Redo!
I've had a great Redo experience! They are super willing to jump on a call and help troubleshoot. I had a call with Tyler and Mason this morning, and they helped me work out any issues I had! System works great and really does A LOT! I use Redo for shipping, returns, and marketing! Would recommend!
We've only recently been onboarded with Redo, but our experience so far has been excellent. Carson has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process, always quick to answer questions and provide support when needed! One of the biggest concerns when implementing a new platform is whether you'll continue to receive assistance after signing up. It's been reassuring to know that Austin, Carson and the Redo team have remained engaged and readily available to help us navigate onboarding and beyond.
