Thank you Mason! We've been using ReDo for a few weeks now and are still testing how it works for us.. it's been amazing. We wanted to adjust some of the verbiage on the portal to prevent any confusion for our clients and Mason was able to assist and fix it for us veryyy quickly! We're extremely satisfied with the software and team so far.

We have been using this app for a few months now, and it works great. It simplifies the return/exchange process for me, and customer support has been helpful and responsive when I have questions.

We’ve been using Redo for a couple of years now and they've been amazing, shout out to Parker and team! Anytime we have a question or run into an issue, their team is super responsive, helpful, and quick to assist—they’re honestly a pleasure to work with! One of the things we appreciate most is how open they are to feedback; whenever we share suggestions or ideas to improve the experience for our team or our customers, they are always ready with a listening ear and will actually work to make it happen. We’ve seen several of our requests come to life, which has made a big difference in creating a more seamless process on our end and a better experience overall. The online portal has created noticeable efficiency in our processes and its easy for our customers to utilize, highly recommend!

We've been working with Redo since 2024 and they have been an amazing partner. They took the time to design a solution for us that automated a very manual task for my team and allows them to work on other things. Everyone we work with at Redo is super helpful and responsive, which we are so grateful for. 100% recommend!
