Redo is very collaborative and quick to jump in and help our team set up and customize our flows.
I've been really happy with Redo over the past 6 months! The dashboard is easy to use and the support team has been very helpful.
We onboarded with Redo recently after years of trying other returns partners. So far, we are feeling really confident. They seem to have a solution for everything and were excited to help us integrate and get launched! Their support team has been able to quickly hop in and help with all outstanding items.
I think the team is one of the most impressive aspects of this company - they are all genuinely invested in helping your company succeed. While my operation is super small, they still have given me a level of support and attention that is leagues beyond anything else I have ever downloaded from Shopify. Given my store and our needs, I have mostly just experienced them from an Order Tracking, Order Editing, and then slowly getting into the marketing side. I love that its a one-stop shop as well. Support crew is a really great blend of AI and human involvement, in my opinion. Definitely recommend these guys and the Redo app in general!

We have had a great experience using Redo. We are a Shopify Plus store and use Redo for Shipping, Returns and Marketing. They have been very responsive with support and adding new integrations as needs arise.
It is the easiest app to use specifically for what we needed and the good part is that we have to contact support and we have received the reply instantly and also onto my surprise the AI bot is a real responsive and it is also very helpful but of course I needed a bit more help and a person and the chat and in less than 2 minutes everything was sorted so I definitely recommend this app.
We use ReDo across several aspects of our business including Returns, Customer Support and Checkout Conversion testing. ReDo team is very responsive and always available to support with any issues. Elijah from their support team is an all-star.

We have experienced a few challenges along the way, but Bekim and Cade have consistently stepped up to help resolve them. Bekim has dedicated a great deal of time to making the changes we've requested and ensuring that issues are corrected. What stands out most is that when your team recognizes an issue is on your side, you take ownership of it and work to make it right. Rather than passing responsibility, you address the problem directly. That level of accountability is something that is becoming increasingly rare in business today, and it aligns with the values we strive to uphold in our own company.
