Redo

We recently transitioned to Redo from Loop Returns, and so far the experience has been exceptional. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was incredibly smooth, with excellent support and communication from the Redo team throughout the entire transition. They’ve been responsive, helpful and genuinely great to work with. Most importantly, we’ve already seen a positive response from our customers. The refined returns experience has been really well received, with customers particularly appreciating the value and cheaper return options available when opting in. Redo really does live up to what they say they can deliver. The platform, service and support have all exceeded our expectations so far. Huge shoutout to the Australian Team - Seen, Parker & Sam. Couldn’t recommend Redo highly enough!

I keep thinking this company isn't real. Nice, personable, knowledgeable people, super responsive, great product. I'm really impressed. Switched from Klaviyo (getting way too expensive) and from Ship Station--both to ReDo. Couldn't be happier. Had a question today, on a holiday, and Peter responded so quickly I thought he was AI (he's not). Again, super knowledgeable and patient. If you're reading this, give ReDo a shot. They'll make you believe in good, honest, straightforward people & products again.

I was having the worst time trying to work through logistics of setting up a return portal, where other programs were making me connect through up to 3 providers. Redo completely took away the headache and stress for me, and for a small business owner, this means everything! The support was quick (something the other providers knew nothing about- still waiting days for some to respond), and friendly. Can't recommend Redo enough.

Switching to Redo from Loop has allowed us to have more tools at hand to make a more customizable experience for our Return process offering more incentive for customers to exchange rather than return an item. The Redo Team has been very capable to assist on backend issues that we had that is normally not part of their department, but have took the initiative to resolve the issue. Highly recommend switching or starting Redo as your Return company.

To our happy surprise, most of our shoppers opt-in for the package-protection plan because it averages to only about $1.50 - $2.00 extra for the customer.
