We’ve had a great experience using the Redo app. Their customer support team is excellent — responsive, helpful, and truly easy to work with. The platform itself is very user‑friendly for both our team and our customers, which has made the transition smooth and efficient. Honestly we didn't expect an app to make this big of a difference but here we are. Redo has completely changed the way we run things. It's packed with features and everything just works. And their support team is something else. Cade specifically has been an absolute wonder. Can't recommend it enough.

By far one of the best return support platforms we’ve used. After more than 10 years in e-commerce, returns have always been one of the more complex and time-consuming parts of the business. We’ve tried several expensive returns apps over the years, but Redo has genuinely stood out. They’ve identified a real gap in the market and continue to execute it exceptionally well. We’ve been using Redo for over 14 months now, and honestly, we haven’t even considered looking elsewhere. The support team has also been incredible — Cade in particular has always been proactive, personable, and genuinely helpful. You can really feel that they care about their customers and are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience. We’re excited to see all the new products and features they continue to roll out. Overall, we highly recommend Redo.

We have been extremely happy with our experience so far. The team and customer support have been some of the best we’ve worked with — responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in finding solutions that work well for both our team and our customers. Since we offer personalized products, exchanges have historically been a pain point for us. While there are still some limitations, the Redo team has been proactive in finding workarounds and continuously improving the overall experience. It’s clear they understand the common challenges brands face and are building the platform with both the customer and internal team experience in mind. A huge shoutout to Zach, for being incredibly hands-on throughout the setup process, making sure everything fits our needs, and always taking the time to walk through questions and solutions with us. Samuel has also been fantastic on the customer support side — responsive, helpful, and great to work with throughout the process.

Redo has been amazing to work with! Their team is always quick to respond, very helpful, and easy to contact whenever assistance is needed. Every time we’ve reached out, they’ve been professional, friendly, and efficient in resolving any issues or questions. We started using Redo for returns, but now we use many apps in their suite of products. While the point of contact hasn't always been clear whenever we have issues, they've been quick to sort things out or upfront with where features stand for future development. I mainly use support and returns, and have nothing but great things to say about Samuel and their support team!

Redo has really relieved a lot of the customer service load. Their team is helpful and work hard to resolve any issues that come up, including creating new work-arounds so we can use other apps along with Redo.

Having a self service portal for our lifetime warranty with Redo has been a significant improvement to our customer experience. They have responded quickly to me as we have had changes as we get up and running on the system. Overall, a good platform for returns, exchanges, and warranties with a lot of functionality and customizability.

Redo has been a gamechanger for us. It's streamlined our returns/exchanges/warranties service, cutting down our time spent actioning these, and making the process more simple and accessible for our customers. Mason and Lauren have been amazing support for us in getting everything set up, helping us with any questions/issues and making tweaks along the way to suit our products/service offering - super responsive, solutions-focused and just great to work with. We've been with Re-do for fulfillment for about 6 months now and even added on their returns platform. We are very happy with the customer and back end interface, and overall what the systems can do. Most of all, we are very satisfied with the re-do team and how helpful and informative they are. Any questions we have, they are immediately there to help!
