Dallin at Redo was a fantastic help and came up with creative solutions to help us solve the issues we were having. We are very happy with Redo and the way it makes our lives easier as a Brand and working with our warehouse that is also using Redo.

I’ve used both Seel and Redo, and the Redo app has been incredible. The scheduled support blocks are so helpful when issues arise. Lauren assisted me in setting up my website exactly how I wanted it, and Mason was amazing at helping resolve another issue I had. Exceptional app with exceptional support!

I have been with REDO since they were very new in AUS and now I run majority of my features Emails, fulfilment, returns ect. Customer service is amazing the guys are always responding quickly with either the answer or they are actively finding a solution. I highly recommend REDO.

We’ve had an outstanding experience working with Redo. Their customer service alone sets them apart, our team consistently receives fast, helpful responses at all hours of the day or night, weekends included. We initially partnered with Redo to create a customized returns portal years ago, which improved returns experience for customers substantially. Over a year later, we changed from exclusively CommentSold and integrated Shopify into our operations. We turned to Redo again to help manage what was a complex transition. Their team successfully unified our shipping into a single, streamlined system. From there, we upgraded to their automated shipping solution, which has been a game changer. Orders are intelligently routed to pickers in the most efficient path, allowing us to scan items as we pick to reduce errors. With over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space, this optimization has dramatically improved our workflow & problem orders. We’ve been able to scale down our employee count, and provide shipping faster then ever. Most recently, we’ve committed to their new inventory management system which is currently being implemented. Their team has been incredibly hands-on, customizing solutions to fit our exact needs and providing constant support on site for a week. I have no doubt they will also get this right and we will have better inventory accountability than we thought was possible. These are just the highlights, but Redo also delivers in many other areas as well to help with marketing, conversion, order protection, etc. They provide ongoing updates that continue to enhance functionality. The result has been measurable ROI through reduced operational costs, increased efficiency, and paths to real business growth. If you have the opportunity to work with their team, we have loved them all. For us it has outstanding from Suz, Hayden, Braden, Jaden, Aubrey, Will, Dan, Parker, Quinton and Aaron. But I at this point believe with every employee there, you’re in excellent hands. We can’t recommend Redo enough.

Awesome support from Skyler. He quickly jumped in to the call, understood complex scenarios and immediately fixed all of them. No wait time or to-fro exchange of emails. It is exceptional support from him. Thank you Skyler and Redo team .

We switched to Redo for managing returns, and it's been a game-changer for us. The process is so streamlined that customers can handle their own returns while we manage manual processing without the usual headaches. What really impressed us was how easy it was to add exchanges to the mix. That flexibility has been huge for keeping customers satisfied and, honestly, for protecting our bottom line. The support team deserves a shout-out too. From day one through a recent hiccup with our workflow, they've been genuinely helpful. Cade specifically jumped in when we had an issue and sorted it out in minutes with just a few clarifying questions. That kind of responsiveness makes all the difference. Cade absolutely deserves 10 stars.

EVERYONE SEEING THIS, PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 6-STAR REVIEW! The team at Redo has been amazing from Day 1. Nick Smith and team were able to take a Shopify custom code situation we were dealing with, triage the issue, and deploy a solution within 30 minutes. I wish all our vendors moved with that much speed and enthusiasm. Nick, Grant, Talmage, and the whole team there is amazing.

We are using Redo for our returns and we have been blown away with how easy it is to use. The onboarding process was very quick and simple, we barely had to do a thing! There were no interruptions on our website and our customers are loving how easy the portal is to use. Thanks Sam for introducing us to Redo and Will for all your technical help behind the scenes. We definitely recommend giving Redo a try!

Customer service set up a call with us within the hour to fix how we wanted our Redo to operate on our site on our behalf. They also answered technical questions we were having about scam/fraud charges and fixed the issue as well.

First App Review in 14 Years – REDO Changed Our Game. After 10 years with ShipStation, we hit a wall during the holidays. Over 100 packages with incorrectly issued tracking numbers. Zero accountability. We were done. When REDO came knocking, we took a chance. Best decision we've made for operations. Nick didn't just hop on a Zoom call he flew out to personally onboard us at HQ in Los Angeles. That's the standard here. The whole team has exceeded our expectations on every single level: reliability, responsiveness, execution. This is the first app review I've ever written on Shopify.
