Aggressive AI Chatbot refuses to answer my questions. Don't use this app.

★☆☆☆☆ We switched to Redo from ReturnLogic and were told it would offer the same functionality with added enhancements. One week in, that has not been our experience. We are unable to process claims correctly. Amounts are calculating incorrectly, taxes are wrong, and the issues are consistent enough that we cannot rely on the platform for day-to-day operations. For a warranty and returns management tool, accurate financial calculations are a baseline requirement — not an enhancement. We were sold on the promise of a smoother, more capable platform. Right now it is creating more work than it is saving. We hope the team addresses these issues quickly, as the concept is good and we want it to work. We will update this review if things improve.

We completely understand the frustration, and you're right that accurate financial calculations are a baseline requirement, not a nice-to-have. That's not acceptable and we own that. We had 6 fraud charges from this App that were not caught by Shopify or the Corporate Office for Redo. Both had no phone number and we had to reach out to the corporate office to stop the app from allowing customers to purchase the insurance return option and then they refunded it. and we lost a fee on each transaction. We are still working to resolve the fraud from this and at this date have not received a refund. Very frustrated business owner

Horrible Customer service. Been asking for my request for over a week and cannot get any answers or anyone to reach out to me personally. Every request I have had has taken days for someone to get back to me. Many glitches in the platform as well such as showing incorrect outstanding balances.

I have never encountered such careless app owners. I’ve contacted you multiple times, explaining that I wanted to use your app but was unable to log in. I even left my email address, yet all I received was a generic response. I’m deleting the app, and I will never recommend it to anyone.

I'm upset with the support, I had problems and they took more than 1 week to resolve them, I've had a problem for 2 weeks and until now they haven't helped me, there's no way I can stop my store until the problems are resolved, unfortunately I had more dissatisfaction than joy with this app.
