Alex and Mason have been such a great help! Redo has really streamlined our returns, warranty, and shipping claims processes. It saves so much time when these processes are automated, and on top of that the systems and flows are so customizable and small-business friendly! We've also noticed that it helps customers feel more secure shopping with the option of easy returns, especially in the shoe business. Redo has already been a great success, and I'm looking forward to continue working with them!

Alec was very helpful and efficient - resolved my issue promptly. As for REDO is one of, if not he best all rounded returns app available on the market. Looking forward to seeing what other features my company access.

We run multiple Shopify stores, and this is one of the few apps that we install on every one. It actually delivers. Returns and exchanges are now automated, clean, easy for customers, insanely less expensive, and way less of a time drain on our team. Customers get a better experience, we keep more revenue, it just works. Support is where they really separate themselves. Mason is a machine. Fast responses, real solutions, no runaround. Every issue we’ve had gets handled quickly and correctly. If you’re running a Shopify store and still dealing with returns manually or with a clunky system, you’re wasting time and money. Install Redo and move on.

Very good app, easy to use, and the explanatory videos are very helpful. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, the support team has always been very kind and helpful. It has made managing our store and customer service much easier. Highly recommended!

We’ve been using Redo for over a month now, and the experience has been very positive for our CX team. As with any platform, minor issues still come up from time to time. Especially early on. But what really sets Redo apart is how they handle them. Their response time is consistently quick, and even better, their resolution time is just as impressive. The support team is always friendly, proactive, and genuinely happy to help, which has made a big difference in our day-to-day experience. They’ve helped turn what started as a bit of uncertainty into something that now feels smooth and reliable. Overall, great support, fast resolutions, and a team that truly cares; taking us from “not sure” to “awesome!”.

This review is for Redo's customer service. Not the app itself. But I had a great experience with their customer service team. Will is the agent I worked with and he helped me resolve a pretty big issue quickly and we very responsive. 5 Stars for their CS team!

We've been using Redo for a few years now at this point and I'm so happy with them! It's a smooth experience for our customers and if there's any issues on the back-end side of things, their support team is responsive and quick to find a solution. I would recommend them to anyone!

We switched to Redo to get off manual returns and it's been worth it. Setup was straightforward, the platform is easy to navigate, and the support team has been great whenever we've needed them. Definitely recommend, saving us a bunch of time!

We recently started using Redo, and it’s already made a noticeable difference in our returns process. What used to be a more manual workflow is now much more streamlined, making things easier and more efficient for our CX team. The portal is intuitive and easy to navigate, both internally and for our customers, which has helped improve the overall returns experience. What really stands out is the Redo team—they’re incredibly responsive, helpful, and solutions-oriented. Anytime we flag an issue or have a question, they’re quick to jump in and work toward a resolution. Mason and Corbin in particular have been great to work with. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience so far, and we’d definitely recommend working with them.

We’ve had a great experience using Redo so far. The platform goes beyond basic returns and really helps streamline the entire post-purchase experience—from returns and exchanges to customer communication and tracking. One of the biggest wins for us has been how easy it is to encourage exchanges and store credit instead of refunds, which has had a noticeable impact on retaining revenue. The interface is clean, and setup was straightforward, especially with the help of their support team. Speaking of support, that’s probably where Redo stands out the most. Their team is responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed adjustments.
