Redo's returns workflow helps automate a lot of the manual steps, making life much easier. All for a reasonable price, and with great customer service!
I had a few issues starting up with Redo. I spoke to Mitch and Carson at first and they were really nice but I wish I had more frequent follow up communication. Ultimately, I was left with issues not being resolved. BUT, KONNOR came to the rescue! Konnor really turned my experience around and was able to fix all of my problems and technical issues quickly. I really appreciated that he would follow up with me via email on every step so that I knew that progress was being made. Had it not been for Konnor, I'm not sure we would still be a Redo customer. But, now we are a Redo customer for life! Thank you Konnor.

Great product. As an agency, we can't recommend REDO enough. They offer multiple products that help us better serve our clients. The best part has been working with the REDO team. From onboarding and beyond, they have always been 100% committed to helping us get what we need, answer questions quickly, make needed updates, etc. Even though we are a relatively small partner, they still treat us like we matter. That goes a long way. Easy 5 stars.

Redo has been great for us! We started using it for returns and exchanges because we love the$1.99 risk free buy and try option (and our customers do too) We now use them for so many more things, such as customer service, shipping, order confirmation emails and much more. Even if the Redo team does not have the solution right away for us, they always put in a ticket with their engineering team to make sure things work properly for us which we really appreciate.

We've been with Redo for two years and it's been one of the easiest vendor relationships we have. The product does what it promises, but honestly the team is what keeps us around. Quick shoutout to Mason — ran into an issue right before a sale launch today and he hopped on a call immediately. No ticket queue, no "we'll get back to you." Just fixed it. That kind of responsiveness is rare and genuinely makes a difference when you're under the gun. Highly recommend if you're evaluating returns platforms.
The product is overall pretty decent, there are some technical/developement/integration things i wish were more available to end users, support has been responsive, their AI support isnt great but their human support it.
We are new customers to Redo platform and I have to say our experience has been nothing short of amazing! We encountered an issue during the setup process transitioning from our prior vendor and it was super hard to nail down. Greg from the tech support team rolled up his sleeves and dug in and found the one line of code causing the issues and got it resolved. This was not generic chat support, it was not high effort endless back and forth, it was a team that cared and took ownership and got it done. That's what makes a partnership great, and makes long term customers. Definitely recommend the platform so far and encourage everyone to take a look!

Redo has been a great help for us in streamlining the return/exchange process. Just recently added the disputes program as well. When we have had questions support has been great and super easy to work with.

have been using redo for almost 3 years and for the most part it's been great. there are occasional updates/bugs that are frustrating but once I'm able to connect to the actual CX rep (not the AI) they are usually quick to help
