We’ve had a great experience using Redo for both returns and package protection claims at KTM Twins. The platform has helped streamline our return process for customers while reducing the amount of manual back-and-forth our support team has to handle. Setup and integration with Shopify were smooth, and the customer-facing experience is simple and easy to understand. A special shoutout to Alec from the Redo support team - he has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s refreshing to work with a partner that genuinely listens to feedback and works with us to improve the experience. Highly recommend Redo to other Shopify merchants looking for a modern returns and claims solution.

have been using redo for almost 3 years and for the most part it's been great. there are occasional updates/bugs that are frustrating but once I'm able to connect to the actual CX rep (not the AI) they are usually quick to help

REDO has made my job so much easier managing orders and returns. Very rarely is there an issue with the system, but when there is, their online support team is quick to help look into it and resolve any problems. Great customer service and the application itself is very easy and straightforward to use.

Incredible app. We've been in business for a few years, manually emailing return instructions to customers around the world. I've won so much time back by using Redo. It was so easy to get set up, their team does it all for you. Now, it's literally 1 click for the team to process returns and exchanges when they come through and their system does all the rest. I even waited to write this review so that I wasn't writing it based on initial smoke and mirrors. Genuinely impressed by the whole experience.

Honestly we didn't expect an app to make this big of a difference but here we are. Redo has completely changed the way we run things. It's packed with features and everything just works. And their support team is something else. Cade specifically has been an absolute wonder. Can't recommend it enough.

By far one of the best return support platforms we’ve used. After more than 10 years in e-commerce, returns have always been one of the more complex and time-consuming parts of the business. We’ve tried several expensive returns apps over the years, but Redo has genuinely stood out. They’ve identified a real gap in the market and continue to execute it exceptionally well. We’ve been using Redo for over 14 months now, and honestly, we haven’t even considered looking elsewhere. The support team has also been incredible — Cade in particular has always been proactive, personable, and genuinely helpful. You can really feel that they care about their customers and are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience. We’re excited to see all the new products and features they continue to roll out. Overall, we highly recommend Redo.

We have been extremely happy with our experience so far. The team and customer support have been some of the best we’ve worked with — responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in finding solutions that work well for both our team and our customers. Since we offer personalized products, exchanges have historically been a pain point for us. While there are still some limitations, the Redo team has been proactive in finding workarounds and continuously improving the overall experience. It’s clear they understand the common challenges brands face and are building the platform with both the customer and internal team experience in mind. A huge shoutout to Zach, for being incredibly hands-on throughout the setup process, making sure everything fits our needs, and always taking the time to walk through questions and solutions with us. Samuel has also been fantastic on the customer support side — responsive, helpful, and great to work with throughout the process.

We started using Redo for returns, but now we use many apps in their suite of products. While the point of contact hasn't always been clear whenever we have issues, they've been quick to sort things out or upfront with where features stand for future development. I mainly use support and returns, and have nothing but great things to say about Samuel and their support team!
