Redo has really relieved a lot of the customer service load. Their team is helpful and work hard to resolve any issues that come up, including creating new work-arounds so we can use other apps along with Redo.
Having a self service portal for our lifetime warranty with Redo has been a significant improvement to our customer experience. They have responded quickly to me as we have had changes as we get up and running on the system. Overall, a good platform for returns, exchanges, and warranties with a lot of functionality and customizability.
Our company has been using Redo, over the past 2 years and we love how dynamic and robust the platform has become. There are ton a features that can help optimize your business and website in a variety of ways. There are always things that can be better, but I would say the team is very attentive and considerate of their customers needs!

Cade is the best! Cade was incredibly helpful and quick to respond throughout the entire process. He took the time to look into our issue and made sure everything was properly updated on the backend for our store. We really appreciate the great customer service and support!
We've been with Re-do for fulfillment for about 6 months now and even added on their returns platform. We are very happy with the customer and back end interface, and overall what the systems can do. Most of all, we are very satisfied with the re-do team and how helpful and informative they are. Any questions we have, they are immediately there to help!

We've been on and off Redo for the past couple of years, and the platform has come a long way since we came back. The returns and exchanges flow is clean, but what really sets them apart is the support team actually responsive, actually helpful. Their competitors in this space have essentially non-existent customer service, so this alone is worth the switch. Recommended for any Shopify brand serious about post-purchase experience.
Alex and Mason have been such a great help! Redo has really streamlined our returns, warranty, and shipping claims processes. It saves so much time when these processes are automated, and on top of that the systems and flows are so customizable and small-business friendly! We've also noticed that it helps customers feel more secure shopping with the option of easy returns, especially in the shoe business. Redo has already been a great success, and I'm looking forward to continue working with them!

We run multiple Shopify stores, and this is one of the few apps that we install on every one. It actually delivers. Returns and exchanges are now automated, clean, easy for customers, insanely less expensive, and way less of a time drain on our team. Customers get a better experience, we keep more revenue, it just works. Support is where they really separate themselves. Mason is a machine. Fast responses, real solutions, no runaround. Every issue we’ve had gets handled quickly and correctly. If you’re running a Shopify store and still dealing with returns manually or with a clunky system, you’re wasting time and money. Install Redo and move on.
Very good app, easy to use, and the explanatory videos are very helpful. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, the support team has always been very kind and helpful. It has made managing our store and customer service much easier. Highly recommended!

We’ve been using Redo for over a month now, and the experience has been very positive for our CX team. As with any platform, minor issues still come up from time to time. Especially early on.
