I’ve been using REDO for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The platform is clean, intuitive, and extremely efficient. Everything loads quickly, navigation is simple, and the tools are surprisingly powerful for how easy they are to use. Customer support has also been excellent—responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear the team behind REDO cares about creating a great user experience. Overall, REDO has made my workflow smoother and more organized. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-designed platform!

The time and effort spent on manual returns and customer service tickets have been reduced. The customer service team is responsive and helpful. It was Jaxon who helped me change some settings (Manual Store Credit when a product is out of stock in Shopify). I appreciate his fast response.

Jacob was fantastic to work with. He quickly helped us remove the package protection widget from our cart drawer, made the exact adjustments we requested, and tested everything to be sure it worked before confirming with us. Communication was prompt the whole way through - thank you, Jacob!

Exceptional Support from CADE. I recently encountered a complex issue on the website while trying to process a customer's request. I was stuck, but CADE from the support team was an absolute hero. He not only understood the problem immediately but also took complete ownership, guiding me through a clear and efficient solution. Five stars without a doubt!

I want to give a big shoutout to Greg from Redo. Every time I’ve needed assistance, he’s been incredibly timely with his responses and always goes above and beyond to help. No matter how small or complicated the issue is, Greg approaches it with patience, clarity, and a real willingness to find a solution. What really sets him apart is his consistent follow through he checks in, keeps me updated, and makes sure everything is fully resolved. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly, approachable, and easy to work with, which makes every interaction a great experience. Greg’s support has been outstanding, and it’s clear he truly cares about providing excellent service.

Not only is the app itself very helpful at streamlining our returns and exchange process, the customer service for us the business owner is exceptional! I love that I can always chat with a real person that will approach my situation with a hands on attitude! Today Jacob helped me configure something on the back end of redo in just a few minutes! That in itself is gold for business owners!
