Dallin has been incredible helping me set up and onboard OMS for both myself and my clients. As the owner of a marketing agency that builds and manages e-commerce shops for small businesses, having the right backend systems is everything. Redo gives my clients confidence. Confidence to manage orders smoothly. Confidence to handle returns without chaos. Confidence that their operations can actually support their growth. When small business owners feel in control of their fulfillment and returns, they make better decisions, scale faster, and stress less. Redo has become a no-brainer addition to our builds, and we’ll be implementing it into all of our e-commerce shops moving forward.

The Lads at Redo have been super helpful with everything that has needed attention setting up this App. Have needed a few tweaks and they have been very accomodating. From Skylar who had to fix at short notice and Easton and Dillon for being wonderfully supportive also. Thanks for doing what you do. Highly recommend this customer support team.

Really solid experience with Redo so far. Been using them for over a year. We've seen a boost in conversion rate + have saved time with returns + saved $ on ship costs.

Absolute A+ support from Carter on the Redo Team - I was facing what seemed like an insurmountable issue, which was quickly addressed and rectified. You can confidently use this feature-rich application for Returns - there are many plan levels for your needs, and the support is excellent. Thanks again!

4 star as they are the top of the return game. You will not find any other returns platform as robust as REDO. But keeping 1 star off as their international returns doesn't work.

Dallin from Redo helped half my fulfilment time in half and supported me on continuing to press for group return labels as I roll my product into large retailers. Highly recommended!

Horrible Customer service. Been asking for my request for over a week and cannot get any answers or anyone to reach out to me personally. Every request I have had has taken days for someone to get back to me. Many glitches in the platform as well such as showing incorrect outstanding balances.

You know when you've had a bunch of subpar programs smashed together that worked, but needed constant attention and chunks of tape, bubble gum and weird paste to stay working? I'm happy to say, that isn't Redo. They have made our operations so much better and I'm grateful. Their entire team is an example of customer service done right, and their products are slick, constantly growing and improving. Nothing but glowing things to say from us!

Redo is extremely user friendly. Customer service is awesome! Anytime we raise a concern, question or issue we never have to wait long for a response. Yesterday I worked with Dallin and he immediately provided an answer along with a video =) Even after he had answered the question he followed up. Every single person that we have dealt with in Redo have been very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend REDO =)

Greg, Summer and the team have been great!! The set us has been so easy and they have handled everything to quickly. Like switching to any new platform there are hiccups and a learning phase, but the team at Redo always jumps in right away to make sure we are taken care of and everything is ironed out!

This app has been very helpful for managing our returns. Just had an issue and I was very impressed with how customer service worked towards a thoughtful and expedient resolution. Cade was a huge help in this process!

Great and fast customer service. If I ever have any issues or questions I can chat with a tech quickly and they resolve things same day for the most part. The techs are very knowledgeable when asked a question and explain things in easy-to-understand language. We haven't had many returns but the process is easy to follow for the customers and us on the back end.

We switched to Redo a few months ago and have been really happy with the change. Recently, I ran into an issue with auto-merging orders and setting up the right filters for how our orders are processed. Dallin was quick to jump in, resolve the issue, and even help create the exact filter we needed after combining our second company. He was proactive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend Redo—and a big shoutout to Dallin for his help!

So much more than a Returns platform. If only more apps were this good!! From the day we met with the REDO team about what they were building to today, 2 years later- every team member has acted like the owner of the company. They care so much and answer inquiries faster than any other app/ platform we work with. They have the easiest and most rewarding return systems and now OMS, Order Tracker, Automated flows, the list goes on. They are 100% here to help us grow and simplify our daily operations. Highly highly recommend them.
