We use Redo for returns, shipping claim, and labels for the past few months and have so far been loving it! Their team across all areas has been extremely helpful, responsive, and quick to hop on calls or emails to help us trouble shoot. I love how customizable the process is so we are able to tailor it most to what our customers need the most

We have been using REDO since the beginning of the year and are so pleased with this platform. It has made the order/return portal so much more efficient than our previous platform. I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the support team as they are quick to respond and help get any issues resolved. They are very supportive of our needs.
I use redo for everything! Shipping, Emails, Texts, Returns and more! Its a one stop shop for everything the back end of Shopify lacks!
The team at Redo have not disappointed. With our growth and expansions, we've been able to add Redo to a couple of stores now and implementation has been super smooth! That's also because of Cade for quick responses and for helping with some of the setup!

Thank you Mason! We've been using ReDo for a few weeks now and are still testing how it works for us.. it's been amazing. We wanted to adjust some of the verbiage on the portal to prevent any confusion for our clients and Mason was able to assist and fix it for us veryyy quickly! One of the things we appreciate most is how open they are to feedback; whenever we share suggestions or ideas to improve the experience for our team or our customers, they are always ready with a listening ear and will actually work to make it happen. We’ve seen several of our requests come to life, which has made a big difference in creating a more seamless process on our end and a better experience overall. The online portal has created noticeable efficiency in our processes and its easy for our customers to utilize, highly recommend!

LOVE! Only wish I had found Redo earlier. I am saving so much money on returns, and my customers love the fact that for just $2.98 they can get free returns. Customer service is super responsive, the app is great and set up literally took less than 15 minutes.
