Redo has been the greatest addition to our website we could've ever asked for. Couldn't recommend an app any more to anyone. Super fast response times on anything we've needed help with, customized all settings to fit our website, and worked with our busy schedules to get things right as soon as we need it. I have been with REDO since they were very new in AUS and now I run majority of my features Emails, fulfilment, returns ect. Customer service is amazing the guys are always responding quickly with either the answer or they are actively finding a solution. I highly recommend REDO.

We’ve had an outstanding experience working with Redo. Their customer service alone sets them apart, our team consistently receives fast, helpful responses at all hours of the day or night, weekends included. We initially partnered with Redo to create a customized returns portal years ago, which improved returns experience for customers substantially. Over a year later, we changed from exclusively CommentSold and integrated Shopify into our operations. We turned to Redo again to help manage what was a complex transition. Their team successfully unified our shipping into a single, streamlined system. From there, we upgraded to their automated shipping solution, which has been a game changer. Orders are intelligently routed to pickers in the most efficient path, allowing us to scan items as we pick to reduce errors. With over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space, this optimization has dramatically improved our workflow & problem orders. We’ve been able to scale down our employee count, and provide shipping faster then ever. Most recently, we’ve committed to their new inventory management system which is currently being implemented. Their team has been incredibly hands-on, customizing solutions to fit our exact needs and providing constant support on site for a week. I have no doubt they will also get this right and we will have better inventory accountability than we thought was possible. These are just the highlights, but Redo also delivers in many other areas as well to help with marketing, conversion, order protection, etc. They provide ongoing updates that continue to enhance functionality. The result has been measurable ROI through reduced operational costs, increased efficiency, and paths to real business growth. If you have the opportunity to work with their team, we have loved them all. For us it has outstanding from Suz, Hayden, Braden, Jaden, Aubrey, Will, Dan, Parker, Quinton and Aaron. But I at this point believe with every employee there, you’re in excellent hands. We can’t recommend Redo enough.
Redo has been great to work with, especially the returns. It's developed a lot since we've started using the product and we are very pleased with the automation for our small team. The team is great to work with as well!
