Alex and Mason have been such a great help! Redo has really streamlined our returns, warranty, and shipping claims processes. It saves so much time when these processes are automated, and on top of that the systems and flows are so customizable and small-business friendly! We've also noticed that it helps customers feel more secure shopping with the option of easy returns, especially in the shoe business.
