We switched to Redo for managing returns, and it's been a game-changer for us. The process is so streamlined that customers can handle their own returns while we manage manual processing without the usual headaches. What really impressed us was how easy it was to add exchanges to the mix. That flexibility has been huge for keeping customers satisfied and, honestly, for protecting our bottom line. The support team deserves a shout-out too. From day one through a recent hiccup with our workflow, they've been genuinely helpful. Cade specifically jumped in when we had an issue and sorted it out in minutes with just a few clarifying questions. That kind of responsiveness makes all the difference. Cade absolutely deserves 10 stars.

Nick Smith and team were able to take a Shopify custom code situation we were dealing with, triage the issue, and deploy a solution within 30 minutes. I wish all our vendors moved with that much speed and enthusiasm. Nick, Grant, Talmage, and the whole team there is amazing.
We are using Redo for our returns and we have been blown away with how easy it is to use. The onboarding process was very quick and simple, we barely had to do a thing! There were no interruptions on our website and our customers are loving how easy the portal is to use. Thanks Sam for introducing us to Redo and Will for all your technical help behind the scenes. Customer service set up a call with us within the hour to fix how we wanted our Redo to operate on our site on our behalf. They also answered technical questions we were having about scam/fraud charges and fixed the issue as well.

First App Review in 14 Years – REDO Changed Our Game. After 10 years with ShipStation, we hit a wall during the holidays. Over 100 packages with incorrectly issued tracking numbers. Zero accountability. We were done. When REDO came knocking, we took a chance. Best decision we've made for operations. Nick didn't just hop on a Zoom call he flew out to personally onboard us at HQ in Los Angeles. That's the standard here. The whole team has exceeded our expectations on every single level: reliability, responsiveness, execution. This is the first app review I've ever written on Shopify. We had 6 fraud charges from this App that were not caught by Shopify or the Corporate Office for Redo. Both had no phone number and we had to reach out to the corporate office to stop the app from allowing customers to purchase the insurance return option and then they refunded it. and we lost a fee on each transaction. We are still working to resolve the fraud from this and at this date have not received a refund. Very frustrated business owner

We have been using REDO for 2 years and LOVE IT! Customer service is amazing, any changes we need they work very hard to accommodate our needs and the customer. Returns are easy and our customers love that they are able to return items for the $1.98 charge.

We recently switched from doing everything through Shopify to utilizing Redo for fulfillment, returns portal, claims, etc and I couldn't recommend it enough! It was a very easy switch as their customer service is extremely supportive and quick to respond. They offer so many upgrades from Shopify that it takes our online store to the next level of professionalism and customer friendly. Love Redo and the whole team we have worked with :)

We love Redo!! The platform helps our business run smoothly and efficiently both on the returns/exchanges side and now with their amazing customer service portal. The whole team is amazing and super supportive whenever needed.
I am a very detailed person, and while using REDO, if I find something that I do not like, it gets fixed ASAP. Using REDO for returns is also easy and very UX appealing. They are also improving really fast. My company signed with them only at the end of June 2025, but so many things have changed and improved already. At the moment, I am very happy that I chose REDO for my return to my workplace.
