Every boutique owner needs this for their returns! We couldn't recommend this solution enough. Not only is it free and takes the pressure off of boutique owners for covering return costs, it also enhances the customer experience and retention too. Redo has seriously changed the game for our boutique. Their returns and protection tools took the chaos out of that whole process and made it so much easier for everyone. We loved it so much that we added their SMS and OMS tools, and it’s made our workflow feel so much more put-together and has so many great tools and automations that we love.
