River Chic Designs review for Redo

When originally signed up - ReDo had great customer service and went above and beyond. Now, you can't get any support for changes they made to our system. You can't talk with anyone anymore, you have to sit on Chat and hope someone will respond. There product has changed and not as good as it originally was. There "upgrades" are actually "setbacks".
