I’ve been using Redo to handle our return process, and it’s made such a difference. Being a swimwear brand, returns used to be a bit of a headache especially for our US customers. Now, instead of customers having to sort out return labels, customers can manage everything directly through Redo. I’ve also noticed a lot more exchanges rather than returns since using the app, which has been amazing. Their customer support has been very quick to get back to me as well!
