We've been working very closely with Redo on growing our brand image and ensuring our customers have a good experience, specifically with returns and package protection. They have allowed us the ability, as a smaller business, to ensure our customers are getting a returns experience that is fast and convenient; something we definitely couldn't offer on our own. We have a very open line of communication with them and have been able to suggest improvements and get help with any odd situations that arise. Working with Redo is ,no doubt, a huge asset to our company!
