We've been using Redo since June 2024, and it's been a game-changer for our returns process. The entire team is incredibly responsive and helpful - anytime we flag an issue or have a question, they jump on it quickly and actually get it resolved. The portal has made returns way more efficient for our CX team and easier for our customers to navigate. Highly recommend working with them!
