We’ve been using Redo for over a month now, and the experience has been very positive for our CX team. As with any platform, minor issues still come up from time to time. Especially early on. But what really sets Redo apart is how they handle them. Their response time is consistently quick, and even better, their resolution time is just as impressive. The support team is always friendly, proactive, and genuinely happy to help, which has made a big difference in our day-to-day experience. They’ve helped turn what started as a bit of uncertainty into something that now feels smooth and reliable. Overall, great support, fast resolutions, and a team that truly cares; taking us from “not sure” to “awesome!”.
