We have been extremely happy with our experience so far. The team and customer support have been some of the best we’ve worked with — responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in finding solutions that work well for both our team and our customers. Since we offer personalized products, exchanges have historically been a pain point for us. While there are still some limitations, the Redo team has been proactive in finding workarounds and continuously improving the overall experience. It’s clear they understand the common challenges brands face and are building the platform with both the customer and internal team experience in mind. A huge shoutout to Zach, for being incredibly hands-on throughout the setup process, making sure everything fits our needs, and always taking the time to walk through questions and solutions with us. Samuel has also been fantastic on the customer support side — responsive, helpful, and great to work with throughout the process.
