By far one of the best return support platforms we’ve used. After more than 10 years in e-commerce, returns have always been one of the more complex and time-consuming parts of the business. We’ve tried several expensive returns apps over the years, but Redo has genuinely stood out. They’ve identified a real gap in the market and continue to execute it exceptionally well. We’ve been using Redo for over 14 months now, and honestly, we haven’t even considered looking elsewhere. The support team has also been incredible — Cade in particular has always been proactive, personable, and genuinely helpful. You can really feel that they care about their customers and are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience. We’re excited to see all the new products and features they continue to roll out. Overall, we highly recommend Redo.
