We've only recently been onboarded with Redo, but our experience so far has been excellent. Carson has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process, always quick to answer questions and provide support when needed! One of the biggest concerns when implementing a new platform is whether you'll continue to receive assistance after signing up. It's been reassuring to know that Austin, Carson and the Redo team have remained engaged and readily available to help us navigate onboarding and beyond. We're excited to continue working together and appreciate having such a responsive partner.
