Kala Brand Music Co.™ review for Redo

JY Ferry provided extremely quick and cogent support, after we had questions regarding the recent pricing scheme changes. Overall, Redo has been a time and money saver for us, even though we only use it for returns and exchanges. We're a small company, so when a customer (or one of our employees) uses Redo to initiate a return, it saves us time and effort better spent elsewhere. I do wish that discounts used in the original order would be automatically applied to exchanges, but that is my only suggestion. Otherwise, the service works great and their customer service is admirable.
