Redo has been incredible to work with. Their onboarding and post go live support are truly extraordinary. August is an absolute rock star. His responsiveness, extensive product knowledge, and thoroughness are exactly what we look for in a long term partner. Every body else we have worked with, including James in support, Mitch and Tyler in sales, are all cut of the same cloth. There clearly appears to be a culture of exceptionalism at Redo that is a breath of fresh air. Other companies in the space need to take note and watch out because Redo is going to eat their lunch. I highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you're looking for new tech on the returns and post purchase side of your business. The product design is intuitive and easy to use and is not only already ahead of other "industry leaders", but continuing to improve and innovate. We have just recently gone live and are hopeful that the first year will be a continuation of what we've experienced so far. Keep it up Redo!
