We recently transitioned to Redo from Loop Returns, and so far the experience has been exceptional. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was incredibly smooth, with excellent support and communication from the Redo team throughout the entire transition. They’ve been responsive, helpful and genuinely great to work with. Most importantly, we’ve already seen a positive response from our customers. The refined returns experience has been really well received, with customers particularly appreciating the value and cheaper return options available when opting in. Redo really does live up to what they say they can deliver. The platform, service and support have all exceeded our expectations so far. Huge shoutout to the Australian Team - Seen, Parker & Sam.
