I think Shopjar is fantastic. The platform is very intuitive and easy to follow, which makes it simple for anyone on the team to learn and use step by step. I also really appreciate the level of customization it offers for links, coupon codes, and setting what promotions apply and what don’t, that flexibility is extremely valuable for our team. Additionally, Harini Madura was amazing throughout the call. She did a great job explaining every feature of the app clearly and thoroughly, which made the entire experience even better. Overall, it was a really positive and informative call.

Easy to set up and customer support is helpful via email. We've only had it a week but are hopeful more customers will start to use it thanks to installing it on our website home page, checkout and post purchase pages.

I'm always wary of adding Apps to Shopify. I'm not a programmer so they really need to be easy to set up and offer great support. These guys are amazing. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They have really helped me. And not just the set up, but with ongoing questions around emailing, customisation etc etc. Brilliant service. I tried a couple of other app first for refer a friend and so glad I dumped them for ShopJar. Thanks Nihasini Madhav, you were GR8.

Shopjar is simple and straight to the point. Perfect if you don't need to have a complex refferal campaign. There is enough customization option to keep your Design line. Thanks to the support for being reactive when needed.

Just got it set up and it was a breeze. I love the simplicity. I looked at other apps and there were way more bells and whistles than what I needed. I had one question about how a slightly complex reward might be handled and Madhav was really helpful and gave me confidence that it will work as planned. No sales from this system yet (only up for 1 day) but I am sure that those will come soon. Awesome app.

Easy to use tutorial videos. app is very straight forward and easy to use itself. Customer service is great. Specifically Madhav who has helped me tremendously figure out an error I was getting and explained things to me and how to avoid in the future. Madhav was very helpful, so if the rest of the team is like him they are great!!
