o not use this app, or any app made by this team, under any circumstances. It’s a complete waste of time. They spent a long time setting it up and it still doesn’t work. When you ask a question, they brush you off. Then they apologize over and over again. You feel sorry for them and say “okay, never mind,” reinstall the app, and they make everything even worse. They made me look ridiculous in front of all my affiliate customers; for days now, people’s purchase commissions aren’t being recorded. Their help desk basically doesn’t work.

For context: our team worked closely with you during setup, made customizations based on your specific requirements, and you personally tested and confirmed everything was working before you've re-launched the program. Once issues arose afterward, we weren't given a chance to troubleshoot—which made it difficult to help. We take this seriously. Our senior support lead has already reached out to you. We've helped hundreds of merchants run successful affiliate programs, and we'd genuinely like the chance to make this right.

I’ve been attempting toi integrate the ShopJar Referral Program app for several months now, and while it has potential, the Klaviyo integration is a complete letdown. Despite both ShopJar and Klaviyo pointing fingers at each other, the integration remains unreliable and far from ready for prime time. For our business, seamless, on-brand transaction emails via Klaviyo are non-negotiable, but this critical feature consistently fails to deliver. I’m beyond frustrated—ShopJar could be a game-changer, but the broken integration makes it unusable for us. Until this is fixed, I can’t recommend it.
