Eugene was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us, and his responsiveness and speed in getting everything resolved were outstanding. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its clients—he made sure every feature was clearly explained, never placed blame, and focused entirely on finding a real solution. We’re currently evaluating whether to continue with Refersion, and I can confidently say that this experience—and Eugene’s exceptional support—is a major reason we’re staying. Truly impressive service.
