Relocate+ Order Editing

CC Relocate+ has been a great addition to our Shopify store. It gives customers an easy way to update their order information after checkout, (we have preorders) which lets customers update well after purcahse and closer to the time we are shipping Also - Jason is fantastic. He’s extremely responsive, helpful, and quick to look into any questions or issues that come up. That level of support makes a huge difference - and hoenstly makes the difference between a good and bad experience Definitely recommended for any Shopify store that needs post order address changes

Absolutely vital app that works perfectly. Makes my life easier by allowing customers to make changes that otherwise my customer service team would have to make. Customers love it too! Support is super responsive. This is a no brainer.

This app does exactly what we need it to do! Allowing customers time to make changes to their order and/or shipping address before it's processed by our warehouse saves us quite a lot of cost overtime. The support is also excellent, I reached out about a feature I'd like to see on the app and they replied instantly to confirm it's on the roadmap, and even offered to fast track it for me.

We were struggling with a high number of support tickets around address changes, adding a note and order changes after checkout. This app made it super easy for the customer to make changes to their order on the thank you page before the order reached our 3PL for fulfilment. Really intuitive setup and great support too.

Easy to install and set-up. Affordable and easy to use to our end customers. Very flexible on what options you want to provide your customers, for how long they can edit their order and which objects they can edit (address edits only, address edits + product removal/addition, cancellation option). Fully scalable to your needs. Overall, this app will cover your standard ecommerce needs.

This app is an absolute no brainer. If you have customers that provide the wrong shipping address (happens to every store owner really) this app allows your customer to edit their shipping address after checkout. You can easily set the amount of time allowed for editing the order after it's been placed. 15 minutes has been our sweet spot. If you like saving time, money, preventing chargebacks, etc this is your app.

This app has been incredibly helpful in allowing customers to update their shipping address and add/edit order notes. This has helped improve efficiencies for our customer service team since they no longer have to field these requests and manually update orders in our admin. Also, since we're a small not-for-profit retailer, it gives our customers peace of mind during times when we're not monitoring our customer service email, such as over the weekend and on holidays. We discovered an issue with customers being asked to pay for shipping after redeeming a free shipping discount code. I brought this issue to the support team's attention, and they responded promptly, finding a workaround to resolve the issue. Great support and an amazing addition to our webstore!

We've been using it for years to allow customers to edit their addresses before shipping. It's really useful for pro-orders, but also when customers make mistakes during checkout. It saves a lot of time for customer support.

Works as advertised! Fairly simple mechanics that make it easy to use but is dynamic enough that we could create a process somewhat unique to our needs. Great CS as well :)
