This app has been a TRUE GAME-CHANGER for us. It greatly simplifies shipping address updates and order adjustments, allowing us to automate key parts of our workflow. Easy to install and set-up. Affordable and easy to use to our end customers. Very flexible on what options you want to provide your customers, for how long they can edit their order and which objects they can edit (address edits only, address edits + product removal/addition, cancellation option). Fully scalable to your needs. Overall, this app will cover your standard ecommerce needs.

This app is an absolute no brainer. If you have customers that provide the wrong shipping address (happens to every store owner really) this app allows your customer to edit their shipping address after checkout. You can easily set the amount of time allowed for editing the order after it's been placed. 15 minutes has been our sweet spot. If you like saving time, money, preventing chargebacks, etc this is your app.

This app has significantly reduced the number of customer service issues we encounter. Allowing customers to quickly adjust their address or change products has been a game-changer and a time-saver. Set up was a snap, and the customer service is excellent. They are quick to implement new ideas and product suggestions. I can't recommend this app highly enough! Thanks for giving me my time back and saving me from customer service messages!

This app has been incredibly helpful in allowing customers to update their shipping address and add/edit order notes. This has helped improve efficiencies for our customer service team since they no longer have to field these requests and manually update orders in our admin. Also, since we're a small not-for-profit retailer, it gives our customers peace of mind during times when we're not monitoring our customer service email, such as over the weekend and on holidays. We discovered an issue with customers being asked to pay for shipping after redeeming a free shipping discount code. I brought this issue to the support team's attention, and they responded promptly, finding a workaround to resolve the issue. Great support and an amazing addition to our webstore!

We've been using it for years to allow customers to edit their addresses before shipping. It's really useful for pro-orders, but also when customers make mistakes during checkout. It saves a lot of time for customer support.

Easy to use, great customer service, and very reasonably priced. Our customers appreciate having the ability to edit their address themselves if they make a mistake. Our customer service team appreciates the time savings from making address editing self-serve.

Simple, solid app. Helps customers edit their own addresses. This app has decreased our customer support tickets by about 10-20% per month. The support team is responsive to any tickets and helpful when issues arise.

If you’re still manually confirming shipping addresses then you need to install this app. It’s literally saved me thousands. I dont have to pay staff to change addresses and it reduced our number of address change request tickets. The developers are very responsive and were able to move the widget around the order status page. Would recommend this app to anyone!

We were surprised by the response time of the app support! We got assistance with implementing the Relocate app. Even some of the new features were released specifically after our requests. The app is working perfectly, it changes the address and the gift note. All changes are successfully reflected in the Shipstation as well! Highly recommend this app!
