REP has a surprisingly smart AI, it simply enhances your bank balance :) It also provides exceptional customer support. It does require some training which is really easy to do, so that your AI will behave like one of your team members. Plus, their support team is super responsive and helped us with anything we needed. So far it seems like investing in this app was a great move and invaluable assistance to our customer service. We highly recommend it!
