Rep AI made integrating AI into our Shopify store effortless. The onboarding was outstanding, the team gave patient, hands‑on support for non‑technical users and took the time to really understand our brand. Integration was fast, and within the first week we saw a clear reduction in manual work as the chatbot started answering customer questions accurately. Rep AI handled our promotions and product suggestions well, driving additional sales. Their tailored approach (including concierge services) fit our needs and delivered real value. Hello Rep is a fantastic tool. The ease of deployment is astonishing, and the included plugins make the experience even better. Training the chat, customizing the bubble, testing, and going live is incredibly simple and refreshing. After working on many software implementations, this felt like a breath of fresh air during the go-live phase. Even after deployment, the experience continues to be amazing. Highly recommended!

paid for annual subscription - shut me off after 8 months and a certain number of views. I couldn't view billing history or anything in the app. One button was available "upgrade" for $500 per month. Good app but definitely not worth $550 per month for a basic LLM.
