The Rep AI concierge for sales & customer service has quickly become as essential component of our DtC tech stack. The UX is great for customers, the back end UI and reporting are excellent for us, and the ROI is undeniable. Beyond being a great tool, it's backed by phenomenal technical customer support. Shout out to Hans in particular. Would recommend this tool for any mid-size+ DtC brand that's looking to increase sales and/or reduce customer support ticket load.
This is the best AI-rep we've used (and we've tried a few of them for our store). The customer service is quick to jump in and help you out.
