A splendorous app that has a real knack for getting customers to hop the fence and snag a quick product! Rep AI does all the heavy lifting for me, engages with customers, deals with customers, indulges with customers etc. while I am able to put my focus on other matters of the business such as that nitty gritty task of SEO!
This app has been an incredible revenue driver for us. It's also reduced support tickets dramatically. My CSR is Hans and he's been terrific and super helpful. I'm not technical and the app has been easy to implement, the ai responses are highly accurate.

The Rep AI concierge for sales & customer service has quickly become as essential component of our DtC tech stack. The UX is great for customers, the back end UI and reporting are excellent for us, and the ROI is undeniable. Beyond being a great tool, it's backed by phenomenal technical customer support. Shout out to Hans in particular. Would recommend this tool for any mid-size+ DtC brand that's looking to increase sales and/or reduce customer support ticket load.
This is the best AI-rep we've used (and we've tried a few of them for our store). The customer service is quick to jump in and help you out. I especially enjoy the continual updates that Rep AI sends out on their software -- peace of mind for knowing that they're always working on the back-end systems. This AI-rep has really been helpful on reducing the manual touch-points needed to answer questions users have when visiting our website. Highly recommended!
