I had a very bad experience with REP AI The company is extremely expensive and charges for a lot of traffic that does not seem real. We were billed for high traffic numbers, but the quality of that traffic was very questionable. The chat is very slow in most cases. Sometimes it takes up to 30 seconds to respond, which is unacceptable for an e-commerce business. Customers expect instant answers, and this delay hurts conversion rates. Even worse, the system made multiple mistakes. In several cases, the chatbot gave answers that sounded like commitments or guarantees. Customers relied on what was written there, and when it turned out to be incorrect, they blamed us. This caused financial loss and damaged customer trust. There are many better tools on the market. For the price they charge, the performance and reliability are simply not good enough. I would not recommend REP AI

Annoyingly guesses answers and often answers incorrectly. Support staff not good. Instead of providing solutions, just keep asking the next question.

First of all, the customer service was friendly and helpful. However, the app didn’t impress me much. Several training sessions were necessary to get the app on track, and I still noticed incorrect communication between the app and my customers. Another negative point is the price. Depending on the size of your shop, it can become a significant monthly expense. After the trial period, the app counted one sale, but when I checked the details in my backend, it was doubtful that this single sale came through this app.
