Great app for answering basic customer questions when the folks who work at our small business are, understandably, asleep. They're always adding new features and we're excited to try some of the action flows that will facilitate things like cancellation or address changing for our customers! EDIT Back a year later to say these folks are still awesome, especially when it comes to fine tuning the model during high-impact moments like BFCM. Shout out to Dafi for help with that!!
